MDPI Open Science Insights: Academic Publishing Exchange at Chiang Mai University, Thailand, Held on 9 January 2025

Recently, MDPI successfully organized an academic exchange session at Chiang Mai University, a prestigious institution in Thailand renowned for its academic excellence. This event took place during the Agricultural Biomedical Research Conference at Chiang Mai University, further enhancing its significance and reach.

The academic publishing exchange, held on 9 January 2025, aimed to equip students with invaluable insights and practical skills related to medical journal publication. The session covered varied topics, including introductions to the medical journals of MDPI, English scientific paper writing, strategies for responding to reviewer comments, and explorations of the transformative applications of artificial intelligence in academic publishing.

At the beginning, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teera Chewonarin, Head of the Biochemistry Department, at Chiang Mai University, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to MDPI Thailand for the invaluable contribution (MDPI Academic Publishing Exchange) to the International Symposium of the Agricultural Biomedical Research Network 2025. Their expertise in academic publishing, guidance on paper preparation, and comprehensive introduction to MDPI and its related journals have provided our audiences and students with essential tools for their academic and research endeavors. This collaboration underscores the importance of partnerships in fostering knowledge exchange and supporting the growth of the scientific community. In addition, Assoc.
